Returns & Exchanges

If an item arrives defective or is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we’ll work with you to reship your item(s).

All orders are inspected before they ship, but issues can still happen in transit. If your item is damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, the outer box/packaging, and the shipping label so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: we cannot accept any claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date. This also applies to missing items or other order issues.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can review the situation and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return request, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
